breathe escapes are a combination of everything we do and believe in. We like to see them as the antidote to (what’s become) ‘modern living’ aiming to reconnect, refresh and reinvigorate your body and mind through adventurous experiences in wild places.

Mountain Bike and Yoga Escape in the Lakes
20-22nd September 2019
This is a 2 night, fully inclusive escape to the Lake District, with the aim to refresh and reconnect through fully guided mountain biking (on amazing trials) and specially designed yoga and mindfulness sessions. (Not to mention fires, forest bathing, delicious food, skills workshops, injury prevention sessions, tech detox and expert tuition!)
